A few pages of Jesus of Nazareth: From the Baptism in the Jordan to the Transfiguration, by Pope Benedict XVI, has highlighted for me some troubling trends in the Church. He sifts carefully through Catholic thought as it differed historically from extra-ecclesial trajectories, but what must concern today’s reader is that many influential leaders in the Church have accepted non-Catholic premises in their views of the world.

In his explanation of the Kingdom that Jesus preached, Benedict reminds us that Origen had two basic thoughts on the topic. First was that Jesus himself is the “autobasileia, that is the Kingdom in person … the Kingdom is not a thing, it is not a geographical dominion like worldly kingdoms” (p. 49). In this way, those who come to know Christ Jesus come to know God who dwells among them, and who wishes his divine will to prevail.

Origen didn’t stop there, though. He insisted that not only does God dwell with his creatures, but He dwells in them. In a mystical way, it is understood that “man’s interiority [is] the essential location of the Kingdom of God”. And Benedict quotes from Origen’s On Prayer:

“Those who pray for the coming of the Kingdom of God pray without any doubt for the Kingdom of God that they contain in themselves, and they pray that this Kingdom might bear fruit and attain its fullness. For every holy man it is God who reigns … So if we want God to reign in us, then sin must not be allowed in any way to reign in our mortal body … Then let God stroll at leisure in us as in a spiritual paradise and rule in us alone with his Christ” (p. 50).

The two images are not contradictory, but layered, so that Jesus is the kingdom, and Jesus is in the man of virtue, so as that man grasps the grace offered through the passion of Christ, he is both more Christlike and the garden where Christ can reign.

Subsequently, Benedict shows that traditionally there is a third image of the Kingdom, which is the Church:

To be sure, neither the interpretation in terms of man’s interiority nor the connection with Christ ever completely disappeared from sight. But nineteenth- and early twentieth-century theology did tend to speak of the Church as the Kingdom of God on earth; the Church was regarded as the actual presence of the Kingdom within history (p. 50).

Then Benedict explains that the Enlightenment sparked specific trends that proved antithetical to this traditional understanding. There was the radical individualism championed by Adolf von Harnack, and the corollary belief that morality was more important than ritual. Others preferred to see the kingdom in more communitarian terms, pitting ethics against sheer grace, and all of these efforts were upended by Albert Schweitzer’s book, Jesus’ Proclamation of the Kingdom of God. His thesis was still tied firmly to the notion of God and the saving work of Christ, but it was far more eschatological in the sense that it was “a proclamation of the imminent end of the world, of the inbreaking of a new world where, as the term kingdom suggests, God would reign” (p. 52).

Surely the trauma of the First World War led many believers to wonder what place such massive blood-letting among Christians meant in the unfolding of world history, but the accompanying trains of thought went wildly off-course from that point.

Since that time, a secularist reinterpretation of the idea of the Kingdom has gained considerable ground, particularly, though not exclusively, in Catholic theology. This reinterpretation propounds a new view of Christianity, religions, and history in general, and it claims that such radical refashioning will enable people to reappropriate Jesus’ supposed message (p. 53).

Previous shifts of emphasis were not nearly as dangerous theologically as that final lie, which carries the sympathetic soul from a generic theocentrism to regnocentrism without God. And yet that is where we are today in much of the world, ‘where peace, justice, and respect for creation are the dominant values” (p. 54). How many times have we bit our tongues not to “proselytise” (the name of Jesus being so “divisive,” or the boundaries of the Church appearing so threatening)? Benedict acknowledges the temptation:

This sounds good; it seems like a way of finally enabling the whole world to appropriate Jesus’ message, but without requiring missionary evangelisation of other religions. It looks as if now, at long last, Jesus’ works have gained some practical content, because the establishment of the “Kingdom” has become a common task and is drawing nigh (p. 54).

But Benedict ultimately decries this utopian approach which removes God from the mission. The politicisation of the kingdom has marginalised religion, which already must genuflect to the state in so many settings. “This post-Christian vision of faith and religion is disturbingly close to Jesus’ third temptation [in the desert]” (p. 55).

We must keep this in mind as we consider how we approach all government promises in the near future. We see clearly the dangers of hoping that “princes” will advance our pet causes, for those power-brokers can turn on a dime and leave the Christian empty-handed. We must also recognise the dangers of ecumenical endeavors that rejoice in works that are mute about the faith that motivates them. We’ve attempted to baptise so much in the name of tolerance and compassion that we run the risk of losing the meaning of the very names in which we baptise.

Benedict summarises:

When Jesus speaks of the Kingdom of God, he is quite simply proclaiming God, and proclaiming him to be the living God, who is able to act concretely in the world and in history and is even now so acting. He is telling us: “God exists” and “God is really God,” which means that he holds in his hands the threads of the world … “Kingdom of God” is therefore an inadequate translation. It would be better to speak of God’s being Lord, of his lordship (pp. 56-57).

In an upside world where androgyny is to be preferred to man and woman, and “toxic masculinity” is thought to be at the heart of all our woes, we would do well to remember that Lordship has its place–both in the Son of God and those particularly called to live in persona Christi. Kingship carries within it many layered meanings, but primarily the understanding that hierarchy is preferred to mob rule, that sin corrodes the community, and a material kingdom is not what we seek. We cannot allow either the language to be diluted or the mission to be derailed, for Christ must be Lord, now and forever. Amen!

Novena of the Precious Blood in Honor of the Nine Choirs of Angels

July 1-9

Day 1 – July 1

“My children who are welcome to this great privileged hour, you are blessed. Listen my loving children, I choose this hour to reveal much to you about the coming Chastisement so that you may be ready and help to save souls. The hour is near, the time of the great tribulation is coming soon.
Many will shed their blood. The wicked man will give his armies command to seize my children. They shall be killed, Oh, pray, pray much my loving children! Make your faith strong. Be ready to meet the hour. I will send my angels to earth to carry (to heaven) the bodies of my people who remain in their faith until death. They will eat with me in heaven. My children, many will not withstand this horrible hour. Pray for them. After this great persecution, the red cross will appear in heaven. This cross represents the Precious Blood and the blood of martyrs. At that time, anyone who remains in the faith and calls on my Precious Blood will be saved during the coming darkness. My Precious Blood will protect him. Pray the chaplet of my Precious Blood always, console and adore me. How I wish that all who participate in this first novena will receive these prayers. Your adoration pleases me much. I bless you all.”

Meditation 1:

Today, Our Lord is making clear the fact that the chastisement is imminent. It must come. The instrument of the chastisement will be the wicked enemy of our souls. Many of the faithful will be victims. The Lord says, the “wicked man will give his men command to seize my children.” The children here, refers especially to the devotees of the Precious Blood, some of whom will become witnesses both to the faith and the devotion. The Lord promised that He would send angels to carry to heaven, the bodies of these people who will remain faithful to the end. However, some will survive. Hence He urges us to pray harder for the strength we need in that hour, especially, pray the Chaplet of the Precious Blood.

*Today we pray for the grace to persevere in God’s Will in this life.

Prayer: Almighty Lord and God, accept our willingness ever and always to be penetrated by the glow of Your love, to be burned and transformed anew for Your glory and according to Your Will, wherever, whenever, and however you wish. Amen.

Holy angel, let love be the cause of our repentance and obtain for us the grace of tears of contrition. Take these into your bowl, that Mary may receive them and carry them as the pleading omnipotence before the throne of God, that the Lord might graciously have mercy on us! Amen.

Day 2 – July 2

In this second day of the first novena, Barnabas was led by an angel in a vision to an underground world. There he saw a great number of soldiers all marked with the number 666 and worshipping the Beast. The angel then led him to a strong house which held a great set of computers.

The Angel said, “Son of man, these people you see here, are from every country of the world. They were chosen by demons for the attack in the time of the coming persecution, the hour of the evil government. With the aid of this computer, all men will be marked. Pray now and get ready so as to endure to the end.”

The angel vanished. Then the Sacred Head of Jesus appeared in a cloud. He came closer and said ; “Children pray much now that there is time. Soon this underground government will come out and rule the earth. With their computer, many people will be marked. All who receive the mark will be destroyed. At that time, everything laid outside My Precious Blood will be lost. Anyone who calls on my Precious Blood will be filled with faith. Many will only find mercy in my Precious Blood. I say to you my loving children pray harder now. Teach others how to pray. Let all men consecrate themselves to my Precious Blood. I love you, I bless you all.”

Meditation 2:

This particular message has a lot to do with, and is a further confirmation of the doctrine of the anti-christ in the book of Revelation. While the children of God are adoring the Most Holy Trinity on High, the men of the underworld are busy down below worshipping the Great Beast “with seven heads and ten horns” (Rev.13:11). Many of us know about the number of the beast, 666 (Rev. 13:18), and there are already widespread rumors about plans to put computer chips in everyone. This message brings all this into stark reality. The visionary saw those who have the mark and the great computer used to fashion it. We are moving towards an evil government that is destined specifically for this. We must watch for this and be ready. The Lord tells us the way to victory is to be firm in the faith, pray ceaselessly and be consecrated to His Precious Blood.

*Today we pray for our governments and all civil leaders.

Prayer: Holy angel, in the words that Mary spoke today, in the Magnificat, you add all God-pleasing answers to the Word of God; help us to understand the Word, that is Jesus Christ and to love Mary, making Her answer our own. Amen.

Holy angel, you carry Godliness in your bowl. Is it not already Godliness, to be able to know and love God? And how much more to be able to belong to Him for all eternity! Let us never lose this Godliness, that the Magnificat, which Mary began, might never cease until the sounding of the trumpets of Judgment. Amen.

Day 3 – July 3

“My children pray, pray harder for my Holy Church. Pray and never give up. The time of the wicked man is at hand. The time when he will rule my Church. My children the wicked man is now in my Church. He is planning with his agents to capture the highest throne in my Church. My children, the hour is fast approaching. The great hour of my teaching of sorrow is coming soon. Many of my priests will follow the teaching of the anti-christ and become anti-priests. Many of my priests will be killed because they will not obey the evil man. Only a few good priests will remain. Then my people will suffer greatly. They will find it hard to hear the Holy Mass as worthily as the one heard now. Many tabernacles will be closed. People will run from one place to another to seek my Word and find nothing. Many people will find it hard to pray because the mercy of God will cease.

My children, this is why I call upon you now to pray. Make sacrifices always and offer your life now for me. Let all men join together and call on my Precious Blood which calms the wrath of my Father.

My children, many people will regret because they did not welcome this devotion. Pray your Holy Rosary daily, my Mother’s Immaculate Heart will protect you. Pray this chaplet of my Precious Blood always and make constant reparation for all the sins men commit against me and my Precious Blood. My Precious Blood will save. I love you all. I bless you all.”

Barnabas then saw a large number of priests, in a vision, who were tied to pillars. The armies tortured them and then the vision passed.

Meditation 3:

There are two ways to pass through the chastisement; one is for the world and the other is for the Church. While the previous message is about the chastisement for the world at large, today the Lord speaks about that of His Church. The Evil one is planning, from within the Church, to take over the Throne of St. Peter. This will be accomplished to test our faith. We must wait and watch for this trial. The Lord laments for the many priests who will follow the anti-christ and his teachings, and also over those priests who will lose their lives for refusing to obey the false teachings. As a result, the grace of God will cease because the true Mass will be nowhere to be found. In this situation, devotion to the Precious Blood will be the best way to communicate with the Lord. Thus He insists that we pray and make more sacrifices to strengthen our souls.

*Today we pray for all our Church Leaders; the Pope, Cardinals, Bishops, Priests and Deacons.

Prayer: Great angel of Mary, help us to be vigilant and generous in the courage of Mary, strong and kind, clear and faithful, that glory may be to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Day 4 – July 4

Today, Barnabas saw in a cloud a vision of Our Lord hanging on the cross with Blood flowing from the many wounds on His Sacred Body. In the cloud there were also many little children who were praying to the Agonizing Jesus Christ to save them. They said, “Oh merciful Father may you save us by your Precious Blood. May the time come soon when you will reward the world.” As Barnabas continued praying, the Precious Blood and water poured out from the Sacred Side of Our Lord Jesus Christ and covered the little children. They rejoiced and praised God. Immediately the vision ended and the Holy Face of Jesus appeared and said: “My children the wrath of the Eternal Father is increasing. His anger increases because of the sins of the world. The world is full of sin; adultery and fornication rule the world. Men love the creature and neglect the Creator. They sin and blaspheme against the Living God. My death on the Cross is of no value to them. My son, you see how numerous the unborn children are who are aborted in the world. My children they are many, they are many; their cries disturb Heaven and increase the anger of my Father.

My children, their blood wounds my Sacred Heart; their cries hurt the mystical wound in my Sacred Heart. Warn my people, Oh My loving children, stop sinning! My people, love me and stop sinning. Stop sinning! May you stop sinning!! Stop fornication. I say to you stop fornication in my youth. How I love you. How do you know that I love you? Console me by means of holy lives. My children, the hour is very short to save souls. Inform my people to reconcile with their God. Tell them to come back to me and to seek the Kingdom of their God. The hour of the coming Chastisement is coming soon. Many souls will be lost forever. Many faithful souls will grow weak at that time. Men will find it hard to change their lives. There will be confusion in many souls. My children, I have told you this before and now I am reminding you that the coming destruction will start in every family that has shed the blood of innocent souls. Let all men call upon my Precious Blood and be saved. Baptize the unborn babies with power of my Precious Blood. My children, the Immaculate Heart of my Mother will protect you and my Precious Blood will save you. I bless you all. I bless you all. ”The vision ended and Barnabas saw the little children praising God in the cloud for awhile, then all vanished.

Meditation 4:

The sins of the flesh are the greatest weapons employed by the evil one to arouse the anger of the Eternal Father. Not only do they turn men and women away from God and unto each other, these sins also turn their love for God unto themselves. It also results in the slaughter of so many unborn babies. Their voiceless cries for retribution arouse the justice of God. The power of the Precious Blood devotion is made manifest. Through the Precious Blood, these unborn souls are baptized and can enter the Beatific Vision.

We must therefore pray fervently for them, especially the prayer for the Baptism of Aborted Babies, so that their cries will cease and God’s wrath will be calmed. We must pray very much for sincere repentance for all those involved in the lifestyle of fornication, adultery and abortion.

*Today we pray for the conversion of sinners.

Prayer: Great holy angel of all priests and consecrated, to whom you give your angels as companions, bind me too as a harvest gift and not as a bundle of weeds. Cause my heart to glow and bind itself forever to my Lord and God, Whom I can never again leave, to Whom I want to belong for all eternity. Amen.

Day 5 – July 5

Today during his prayer, Barnabas saw a vision of many people inside a lake of fire. As the fire burned them, they cried out in deep sorrow. After a brief moment, a cloud came down and covered the whole place. The Agonizing Jesus Christ hanging on the Cross appeared in the cloud. His Precious Blood poured out from His holy wounds; especially the five most prominent ones. Upon seeing Our Lord on the Cross, the people in the lake of fire all stood up and cried in a loud voice, saying, “Lord, have mercy on us! Be merciful to us! May your Precious Blood save us!” While they were praying, I saw an Angel of God come down from Heaven. He drew them out from the pit and they flew with the Angel into the cloud. In the cloud, they sat with all the Host of Angels, and ate and drank the Body and Blood of the Spotless Lamb.

Then the Holy Face of Jesus appeared and said: “My loving children, follow the desert way to the new Jerusalem. Accept all sufferings as the cross. Love your cross. Accept it with joy. Carry your own cross and follow me. Wake up when you fall. Be strong and endure until the end. My children people are lost forever because of the sins of the flesh. Many souls suffer terrible purification because of the passions of the flesh. My people love the perishable wealth of the world. They worship money and lose their souls forever. My children, many souls are heading towards perdition; they are heading towards perdition because of the temporary wealth of this world. I beg you all with love, O my loving children, to follow the desert way. Teach others how to accept their crosses. I say live monastic lives. Pray for the souls in Purgatory who are under the heat of purification. Pray for them through the power of my Precious Blood. I promise to save them. My children run for your lives that you will not suffer purification after death.

My children, pray that you will understand the coming revelations. I love you all. I bless you all.”

Meditation 5:

The reality of the place of cleansing is depicted in today’s message. The mercy of our Lord can be powerfully obtained through His Precious Blood.

We have the opportunity to make satisfaction for our sins of attachment to material things and the flesh while here on earth. We must turn our sufferings into sacrifices and do more penance for our sins to avoid the cleansing fires of purgatory.

*Today we pray for the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

Prayer: Holy angel of love, of transformation to God, protect all children who come into the world today. Bear all souls home, whom God calls from the earth today—home to the Father’s House in Heaven. Amen.

Day 6 – July 6

My children, hear this word of mine and keep it in your hearts. I am the Agonizing Jesus Christ, I love you all. My children, the coming tribulation is terrible and fearful. Pray much, I say pray much, pray harder. Pray that the hour will not begin during the rainy season because there will not be any natural heat if it comes during the rainy season. My children pray always now. Offer all your prayers for the salvation of men. How terribly she will suffer, the woman in labor! This coming hour is so terrible and fearful, who will survive it?

My loving children, pray that this hour will be short, prepare yourselves with holy love. Show mercy to people and preach my words to them. Live a completely holy life and inform others to change their lives. Clothe yourselves with humility, for your humility will help you in this great battle.

My children, many will be lost forever, many will be lost forever, where are the few? I am still looking for them. If men will hear, let them hear these words and pray. Pray and make constant Adoration. Attend Holy Mass, my loving children. Attend Holy Mass now! The time is coming when men will look for the Holy Mass as worthy as the one you hear now and find none.

Never let a day pass without receiving Holy Communion. Drink my Precious Blood and be filled with power. Tomorrow I will teach you a prayer through my Angel; a prayer of love and mercy.

My children, you will hear many speak and your faith will grow weak. Happy are all who abide in my Most Precious Blood, the coming chastisement will not affect them. Pray that you will be able to complete this novena fully.

Your enemy will fight you and try to stop you so you will not fulfill it. Remember my warnings and keep them. I am happy with your zeal and love. I bless you all.”

Meditation 6:

This message is in direct reference to our Lord’s warnings in Matthew 24:19, “And woe to them that are with child and that give suck in those days.” And in Matthew 24:20, “But pray that your flight be not in the winter or on the sabbath.” Again in Matthew 24:21 “For there shall be then great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, neither shall be.”

This message should be seen as a reminder or re-confirmation that the prophesy of the Lord to the Apostles is yet to come. The Lord in His goodness gives us a remedy to prepare for the time – attend Holy Mass and receive Holy Communion regularly now that we are free to do so. The opportunity will not be there during the tribulation. Devotion to the Precious Blood will be the way to safety.

*Today we pray for the grace of endurance in time of trials.

Prayer: Great angel of the faithful Tradition of God’s Word, implore for us the strength of courage and fidelity, that we might pass on that which we have received alive as a precious pledge, that Christ the King might reign in eternity. Amen.

Day 7 – July 7

Today Barnabas saw a vision of the Agonizing Jesus Christ hanging alive on the Cross on a mountain top. Our Lord wept bitterly as His Precious Blood poured out from all his wounds. An Angel appeared and knelt reverently in front of the Crucifix. He sang a song to honor the Most Precious Blood: “Adoration!, Adoration!!, Adoration!! To Thee, O most powerful weapon. Adoration! Adoration!! Adoration!!! To Thy Most Precious Blood.

“Merciful Agonizing Jesus Christ, pour your Precious Blood on our souls.

Satisfy my thirst and defeat our enemies. Amen.”

“Powerful Blood of salvation, fight the enemy.

Powerful Blood of salvation, fight the enemy.

Powerful Blood of salvation, fight the enemy.”

After this, the Angel said; “Son of man say these prayers always. Pray them for protection. Our Lord will save through His Precious Blood. Adore the Precious Blood and let others join you. Pray and never give up. I love you.”

The angel left and the Holy Face appeared and said; “My children, listen and understand these words. Children, the spiritual battle is increasing. There is a great war in the spirit now. The enemy has captured many nations and is ruling them. Your country is among the nations. My children, there are many agents of the evil spirit that exist now in the world. They came out from the ocean a few years ago. Many of them built factories and produced many goods. Many opened Churches and many live among men in schools and in great cities. They deceive my people. Children, now the hour is at hand. They are not sleeping because they know their hour is very short. Pray harder now, the evil man has not started his work. The anti-christ is in the Church. He will rule my Church. Pray that you will not be deceived.

My children, know this now that when the wicked man bans the Holy Mass, know that that hour is the last fight. This hour is the greatest, most horrible period. This hour is followed by the three days of darkness. On the second night of the three days of darkness my Angels will defeat the enemy through the power of my Precious Blood. Let all men call on the Precious Blood and be saved. Make constant reparation for all the sins men commit against me. Be careful, children, war in spirit increases. Join in the battle and win. Love me and save your souls. I bless you all.”

Barnabas saw in a vision the Red Dragon in a pit which opened in front of the Crucifix. Blood from His Sacred Head dripped on and tormented the Dragon.

Meditation 7:

The vision Barnabas had before the message revisits the Agony of Christ’s crucifixion on Calvary. The message that follows is a very critical one. The presence of the agents of evil in the world and of the anti-christ in the Church, is emphasized. While the former are using government, business and churches to ensnare the faithful, the latter is seeking his opportunity to rule the Church, which will happen. The anti-christ will forbid the celebration of the Holy Mass, thus bringing about the Three Days of Darkness. The Angels of the Lord will defeat the enemy on the 2nd day of the darkness. This is a call to prepare for intense spiritual warfare.

*Today we pray for endurance through the coming chastisement.

Prayer: Oh great, kind and yet so powerful angel, you who hold the heart of man so tightly with both hands, that it begins to glow through the force of the Fiat; take me and hold me and fill me with your glow, that I might never cease to glow in all eternity. Amen.

Day 8 – July 8

Our Lord appeared this evening holding in His right hand His Sacred Heart surrounded by the Crown of Thorns. Beside His Heart was a wound from which Blood and water constantly dripped and divine rays shone forth. A cloud came down and covered the whole place. Immediately He said: “My children, the wound in my Sacred Heart pains me much because of the sins of the world, for the souls that will be lost forever and for my children who will suffer the Great Chastisement. Many of my children do not heed my warnings and revelations. They continue sinning and blaspheming my Holy Name day and night. Only very few people hear my messages and prepare for it. My children, pray for the unrepentant sinners, offer your daily sacrifices for them through the power of my Precious Blood. I promise to allow a drop of my Precious Blood to fall on any heart that needs conversion through my Precious Blood. The hardened heart will break and be converted. My children pray for them. Have faith in me, let your faith grow. Build your faith in me. Great temptation is coming. Children the temptation is great. Who will survive it? Many will shed their blood.

My children make your faith strong. The time is coming when numerous children will be killed. I have told you this before, now I am reminding you that the enemy has produced destructive tablets. Any person who takes this tablet will die on a specified date. They do this in order to reduce the population of the world so that the beast will rule them. Children they will give it free to all men. My Spirit will let you know when you hear about it or when you see it. I say to you, pray much my children. Be faithful. Imprint my Seal with my Precious Blood on the hearts of the faithful ones. They will grow in faith and be victorious over the Red Dragon. Love me and be faithful to me. Tomorrow, I will bless you truly with the power of the Trinity and reveal to you the last revelation of this Novena. Come with faith, don’t sleep.I bless you all.”

Meditation 8:

One of the most important lessons of this devotion is to make us realize that Our Lord is still suffering the pains of His Passion. One of the reasons is given in this message – because so many souls have refused to heed the Lord’s warnings and will thus they will be lost. We must pray for the Unrepentant and hardened souls in the world through the power of the Precious Blood, that they may be saved. The Lord already told us that our governments are evil and have evil plans. We need only to be watchful and persist in our love for Him.

*Today we pray for fallen sheep and against fall in faith.

Prayer: Lord, let us be children, so much children that we gladly and naturally grasp the hand of this angel with the lamb, and let ourselves be led by him, for he works assiduously to put together the broken pieces in our hands, until Your image appears. Amen.

Day 9 – July 9

On this, the last day of the nine day Novena, Barnabas saw in a vision the Crown of Thorns in the cloud. The crown moved around in the cloud until the Sacred Head crowned with Thorns appeared. Blood was pouring out from all the wounds in His Sacred Head. Our Lord raised his face and gently said; “My children, today is the last day of the first Novena and the great month which Heaven dedicated to my Precious Blood. Today I will remind you of all the past revelations. Be careful, watch and pray. Children, I told you that many of my Cardinals have gotten married. I have told you that one of them married an evil queen. The queen with her demonic power has won the Cardinal. My children, the possessed Cardinal will fight to rule my Church. Children, during that time the Holy Mass will be banned. If the Holy Mass is not banned, the great darkness will not come, because the Holy Mass has all powers to stop the great Chastisement. But heaven has signed it, prepare for the coming tribulation. Children, the underground government is ready to rule with their authority. There will be one world government, one currency and the whole world will be computerized. There will be a computer number on every good, company, and school. The world will be numbered with the mark of the Beast 666 who is in the underground world now. My children, never receive the mark. Anyone who receives the mark will be lost forever. Listen, listen, be ready to offer your lives. Children I shed my Blood and the blood of martyrs shall be shed before I defeat the enemy. Children rejoice in your faith. My Angel will take your body and your soul up to heaven; all those who offer their lives for my sake. After this great persecution, there will be a red cross in the sky and the moon will be dark. The sign in the sky will represent my Precious Blood and the blood of martyrs. The Blood of innocent children will darken the moon. My children I told you that there will be a massive death of children who will be killed.

Pray and never give up. Children this coming persecution is terrible and fearful. I promise to save you. Even in the great wrath of the Eternal Father My Precious Blood will save you. Children, rejoice for the brightest star has come out in the cloud. The star is the brightest among all stars. The Ark of the Covenant and pillar of cloud which will lead my people to the New Era. The star is the Immaculate Heart of My Mother. Look you will see it every evening in the cloud. She gives joy to her children who are consecrated to her. Prepare, consecrate your lives to her. My Mother will protect her children. Say your Rosary and live a holy life. My children, give this chaplet to my two visionaries. Teach this prayer to them. I say to them to pray it always. The enemy will first attack my visionaries in the whole world. They will suffer, fear not my children I promise to save them through the power of my Precious Blood. All who call upon my Blood will be saved. Let families pray the chaplet of my Precious Blood. I will save them in this horrible hour.

My children, pray this chaplet for sinners. Pray it for unrepentant sinners. I will allow my Blood to fall on their hearts before the great day comes. They will obtain true contrition for their sins. Pray, pray for sinners, pray for the non-Catholic churches. Pray that they all will be one. My Father will answer your prayers through my Precious Blood. I will send a great sign in heaven and all men will see it and turn to My Flock. They will worship me and adore me and my Precious Blood. My children, I will not perform great miracles now because the Church has not approved it. But I will answer your petitions according to the Divine Will. Prepare for the three day Novena. Be ready to welcome your Mother.”

The Holy Trinity appeared in the cloud. The Holy Spirit flashed Divine Light on Barnabas and all gathered with him. The Father and the Son blessed us and said, “I bless you all.”

Meditation 9:

The message of this ninth day is a summary of the last eight days. The Lord makes it clear that Heaven has signed the plans allowing the antichrist to rule the Church, to ban the Mass, to allow the 3 days of darkness, and allow the evil one-world government and religion. These are the instruments of the chastisement. Repetition is a way of emphasis in divine messages. Here the Lord requests us to pray for sinners and non-Catholics that we may be united with them in the tribulation. The power of the Precious Blood for these times is re-emphasized, and cannot be emphasized enough.

*Today we pray for non-Christians and non-Catholics.
Prayer: You dear and radiant angel of gratitude, make my heart wide and thankful, that I might rejoice and sing as do you! Amen.

For the next three days, consecrated devotees can either return to the minimum Daily Devotion (Rosary, Chaplet of the Precious Blood, Litany of the Precious Blood and Consecration Prayer to the Precious Blood) OR they may continue to offer the Great Month of July Novena prayers daily as an additional offering to Our Lord or for a special intention. If you are not consecrated to the Precious Blood, you may take the three days off, but do not forget to return and join us for the next Novena! Our Lord said “Come with zeal to the next novena.”

An additional gift of encouragement 10 July 1997, 9:15pm During the normal devotional prayer gathering of Barnabas and his friends, he saw in a vision the Holy Face appearing in a cloud and saying:

“My children, Heaven rejoices. Heaven was happy with your adoration on the first novena. Your adoration pleased Me. Peace be with you all. Children, prepare well for further devotion. Do not be afraid to give these prayers to anyone who participates fully in these novenas. Teach them all the ejaculatory prayers* and let their faith grow through your efforts. Children, I overlooked your past weaknesses. I will be happy if you finish this devotion with zeal. Remember my order, welcome my children who are willing to show me love. I say welcome only those who are willing to watch and pray. Please my children, don’t choose Judases. Don’t welcome wolves into the peaceful flock. I want your loving sacrifices. I bless you all.”

Immediately, the vision ended and Barnabas heard the songs of angels.

St. Joseph and Our Lady of America

The revelation from Joseph, if authentic, could well be the most important associated with this hidden saint and may indicate an era in which he will take a much larger role. It is the first time we know of that he too is described as a “co-redemptor” and seems to place that title in a new context.

“My heart suffered with the hearts of Jesus and Mary,” said Joseph in 1956. “Mine was a silent suffering, for it was my special vocation to hide and shield, as long as God willed, the Virgin Mother and Son from the malice and hatred of men. The most painful of my sorrows was that I knew beforehand of their passion, yet would not be there to console them. Their future suffering was ever present to me and became my daily cross. I became, in union with my holy spouse, co-redemptor of the human race. Through compassion for the sufferings of Jesus and Mary I cooperated, as no other, in the salvation of the world.”

Joseph allegedly added that “immediately after my conception, I was, through the future merits of Jesus and because of my exceptional role of future virgin-father, cleansed from the stain of original sin. I was from that moment confirmed in grace and never had the slightest stain on my soul. This is my unique privilege among men.

“Mine was perfect obedience to the Divine Will, as it was shown and made known to me by me by the Jewish law and religion,” Joseph allegedly said. “To be careless in this is most displeasing to God and will be severely punished in the next world. Let fathers also imitate my great purity of life and deep respect I held for my Immaculate spouse. Let them be an example to their children and fellow men, never willfully doing anything that would cause scandal among God’s people.

“I desire souls to come to my heart that they may learn true union with the Divine Will,” said Joseph.

The saint was said to have also appeared above a globe with clouds swirling about it, his hands similar to those of a priest during Mass, his eyes looking up as if in ecstasy. “Jesus and Mary desire that my pure heart, so long hidden and unknown, be now honored in a special way,” said Joseph, who told Sister Mildred that he had been appointed the Pope’s special protector and asked for a new devotion. “Let my children honor my most pure heart in a special manner on the First Wednesday of the month by reciting the joyful mysteries of the Rosary in memory of my life with Jesus and Mary and the love I bore them, the sorrow I suffered with them. Let them receive holy Communion in union with the love with which I received the Savior for the first time and each time I held Him in my arms.”

Sr. Mildred Mary Neuzil (1916-2000)–God’s ‘Little White Dove’, and the apparitions of Our Lady of America

On August 2, 1916, Mildred Marie Neuzil was born of Austrian parents, John and Anna (Smerda) Neuzil. Born in Brooklyn, NY, baptized at Most Holy Trinity, and shortly after moved to Cleveland Ohio. In Austria, her father had been a gardener to Johann Strauss (a renowned Austrian composer), and in America he was a homebuilder.

At the age of 14, Mildred Neuzil entered the active religious congregation of the Sisters of the Precious Blood, a papal community, in Dayton Ohio. Three years later Mildred made her first vows as a professed religious. She received the name Sister Mary Ephrem, a name that means “doubly fruitful”. She carried out her duties mostly in domestic work and as a kindergarten teacher. Her first mission of activity included multiple diocesan jurisdictions in Washington, DC, where she remained until 1937, when she was sent to the Chancery in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was here that God gives her a holy man, priest and later Archbishop to guide her.

By 1940, Our Lord revealed to Sr. Mary Ephrem that her mission was to converge on the sanctification of the family.

”My daughter, I am not loved in the homes of men. And because I am not loved, the Divine Trinity refuses to dwell therein. Children are not taught to love Me, because those who have charge over them have no time or patience to do so.”

Our Lord confides in Sr. Mary His sorrow over sinful man
“My Heart beats with compassion for the sorrows of man. Oh how gladly would I help him bear the weight of his terrible cross, fashioned, for the most part by his own guilt! But alas, he will have none of My help.”

“Pray, pray, pray, oh My Little White Dove pray and sacrifice yourself for the souls of poor sinners. How many are lost because there are no prayers said for them, no sacrifices made for them.”

Sister began to share these experiences with her confessor Rev. Paul Leibold. He would remain her spiritual director for 32 years, from 1940-1972, when he died.

In addition, before dying Monsignor Leibold had two large plaques depicting Our Lady of America made, hanging one in the Cincinnati Catholic Chancery. The Monsignor also approved the printing of the private revelation messages of Sister Mary Ephrem. He served as Sister Mary Ephrem’s spiritual director for many years.

“Tell the bishops of the United States, my loyal sons, of my desires and how I wish them to be carried out,” The Blessed Virgin Mary told Sister Mary Ephrem, who saw Her with a white veil reaching almost to Her waist and a mantle and robe of pure white with no decoration. An oblong brooch or clasp held the ends of the mantle together at the top. It was all gold, as was the high and brilliant crown she wore. Her hair and eyes seemed medium brown, said Sister Mary Ephrem. Her feet were bare, but not always visible, sometimes covered by the moving clouds on which she stood. Often she smiled and revealed a heart encircled by roses that sent forth flames of fire. “I am Our Lady of America,” said The Blessed Virgin. “I desire that my children honor me, especially by the purity of their lives.” At times light twinkled from Mary’s hair, wrote Sister Mary Ephrem, and seemed to radiate from within her.

My little white dove tell your spiritual father- him whom I have placed over you- to guide and direct you. Tell him that My Heart is pleased with his efforts to make Me loved. I will bless him and make his work fruitful in behalf of all the souls entrusted to his care and priestly ministrations. Tell him if he would please Me more to double his efforts in making known the love of My Heart for poor sinners…As a priest after My own Heart I will be with him in all his trials and sorrows. Tell him not to become discouraged at the crosses awaiting him, for I the great High-Priest go before him carrying the heaviest part of his cross…I seek always the humble and lowly of heart.”

Then Our Lord goes on to tell Sister Mary:
“…And since I have found two such souls, I have entrusted to them a great mission.”

In the winter of 1954, Our Lord warns her not become vain for He has chosen them out of their unworthiness and lack of virtue,

“Let this thought be with you always that you may remember that it is I working through you , who sanctify you for His glory and the salvation of souls…through you a great work will be accomplished. I am the Great Sculptor of souls. With hammer and chisel I form them that they may glorify My Father by their beauty and perfection. Be pliant in My Hands, oh My two lowly ones, My priest and My little white dove, and then will you be formed into My likeness and through you, I will be formed in souls.”

Our Lord not only expressed His sorrow at the loss of faith in the world, but those of chosen souls:

“Where are your prayers, oh My priests and religious? Where are your sacrifices? Do you not know that sinners will not be converted unless prayer and sacrifices call down the grace of God upon them? My chosen ones you in particular are responsible for the souls of poor sinners. It is to you I have entrusted them. You their spiritual fathers and mothers you must care for them and by your unceasing prayers on their behalf ,lead them safely to My Father’s House.”

For Sister Mary Ephrem her humility and simplicity would draw her ever closer to her suffering Savior. Our Lord would call her to cooperate in the salvation of souls by allowing her to share in His Passion. During a night vigil on the Feast of the Sacred Heart 1956 He reveals the sorrow of His Heart over the ingratitude and indifference shown to Him in the Sacrament of His love.

“Jesus came to me holding a large cross and a crown of thorns. He said to me:
‘So I come with My cross and My crown of thorns. Will you accept Me, My spouse?’
Of course I accepted,who could refuse Jesus anything?”

On the anniversary of my perpetual union with Jesus, He asked me again:
”Bride of My Heart do you still wish to suffer all things to give me to souls?”
I answered, “Yes! Yes, dear Lord, I am poor and wretched and unworthy but you know what is in my heart.”

As Sister Mary’s spiritual life progressed the messages became more pressing. She began to write them down more diligently. Sharing them with other priests and religious who found nothing adverse to faith or morals in their content. In fact they concluded the great emphasis on the Indwelling of the Blessed Trinity showed a theological understanding beyond what this sister had been able to obtain in her regular religious studies.

Her confessor, Father Paul Leibold, also progressed in his priesthood. From 1948-1949 he studied Canon Law at the Angelicum University in Rome, there he received Doctor of Canon Law Degree. In 1948 he became Chancellor Archdiocese of Cincinnati and Papal Chamberlain by Holy Father, 1950 Diocesan Consultor and Domestic Prelate by Holy Father, 1951 appointed Archdiocesan Administrative Council 1958 he was promoted to Auxiliary Bishop of Cincinnati, Ohio, and in 1966 he became the Bishop of Evansville,Indiana. On October 2, 1969 he was made Archbishop of Cincinnati.

In the fall of 1954 Our Lord’s words to Sister Mary Ephrem emphasise the great renewal needed for His people:

“My children every home and every soul is My Father’s house, for He made them and they are His, But many of them are no longer sanctified by His presence. Thieves have entered in and stolen from Him ,His temples of prayer…If,My children, you will cleanse your temples My Father will return and We will come and make our abode with you.”

Our Lord prepares her for this great renewal by first sending her St. Michael, the Angel of Peace
“It was like a light in the midst of darkness. The whiteness of his robe stood out against the darkness about him. He was holding a green palm and a drawn sword in his left hand, the tips of both palm and sword resting against his left shoulder. The angel said to me:
‘Receive the palm of victory.’

I became suspicious. I could not think of any victory of mine that deserved such a reward. Besides it sounded a bit like flattery to me. I have always been wary of words of praise they put me on my guard…So I shook my head and resolutely went back to my prayers. But the angel would not go away:
‘You do not believe me. Will you accept the cross?’

For me this struck more nearly home. I said “Yes I will accept the cross.” To this he replied:
‘Then you will accept the palm and sword. With the sword the saints conquered themselves, the world, and the devil. I am the Angel of Peace. I come to those whose hearts are attuned to the Voice of God. To such as these I remain a perpetual light through blinding darkness, I was sent by Him who said,”I am the light of the world.”

A short time after the visit of St. Michael the Blessed Virgin Mary speaks to Sr. Mary about Her holy life at Nazareth
“It is the wish of My Son that fathers and mothers strive to imitate me and my chaste spouse in our holy life at Nazareth. We practiced the simple virtues of family life, Jesus our Son being the center of all our love and activity. The Holy Trinity dwelt with us in a manner far surpassing anything that can ever be imagined. For ours was the earthly paradise where God walked among me…The Divine Trinity will dwell in your midst only if you are faithful in practicing the virtues of our life at Nazareth. Then, you also my children, you also will become another paradise. God will then walk among you and you will have peace.”

Our Lady reveals to Sr. Mary that she would like her help to bring peace into the world
This plan of the Virgin Mary will begin to unfold in a series of apparitions of Our Lady and St. Joseph. Sister Mary Ephrem had just recently been transferred to the “water cure” staffed by her order of nuns in Rome City, Indiana, to wait on tables. She was not very happy about the move. When she got to her room she felt, as she said later, ‘…like jumping out of the window.’ She left her room that night and went to the chapel, but the feeling did not leave her. ‘It seemed to me,’ she said, ‘like I was in a ring of evil. I couldn’t get out of it, and it was telling me to get out of there.’One night she awoke with the sense that something was perched on her pillow a little behind her head. Before she could discern just what it was, she felt it grab her face across the eyes and pull down on them. She found no marks on her face afterward though. The next day she went to her superior and asked to be transferred back to Ligonier, Indiana. She could have gone if she had found someone to wait on tables in her stead, but she was unable to.

The apparitions of Our Lady of America
And on the eve of the feast of North American Martyrs, that is September 25,1956 while making a holy hour she once again becomes conscious of the presence of Our Lady. Though she did not see Her, Sr. Mary did see a part of Her white gown and blue sash. She was under the impression that Our Lady came as Our Lady of Lourdes. Our Lady stood near her and spoke:

“I am pleased my child with the love and honor my children in America give to me especially through my glorious and unique privilege of The Immaculate Conception. I promise to reward their love by working miracles of grace among them through the power of My Son’s Heart, and My Immaculate Heart. I do not promise miracles of the body, but of the soul.”

It is believed that greater miracles than those granted at Lourdes and Fatima could be granted here in America–The United States in particular–if we do as She desires.

The following day after mass and the community thanksgiving Our Lady appears to her again enveloped in a soft glow of light. Sister notices the smile on Our Lady’s beautiful countenance and the lily she held in her right hand. She wore a white veil reaching almost to the waist and a mantle and robe of pure white with not a single decoration of any kind. An oblong shaped clasp or brooch held the ends of the mantle together at the top. It was all gold as was the tall and brilliant crown she wore. Her hair and eyes seemed of medium brown. Her feet were bare, but not always visible as they were sometimes covered by the moving clouds on which Our Lady stood. Then she saw her heart appear encircled with red roses the symbol of suffering as it was revealed to me, and sending forth flames of fire. With her left hand Our Lady seemed to be holding up slightly the upper part of Her mantle so that Her Immaculate Heart could be seen. Then solemnly and distinctly in calm yet majestic tones I heard these words:

“I am Our Lady of America, I desire my children honor me by the purity of their lives.”

Sister Mary Ephrem longed to stay with Our Lady but obedience called her, and so she left the chapel with the other sisters to begin her daily duties. Our Lady understood and left her free for the moment, but later that day during the holy hour She spoke to Sr. Mary again:

“My child; I entrust you with this message that you must make known to My children in America. I wish it to be the country dedicated to my purity. The wonders that I will work will be the wonders of the soul….I desire, through My children in America, to further the cause of faith and purity among peoples and nations…”

Later, in a letter written to the archbishop, Sister Mary Ephrem outlines Our Lady’s wishes:
“It is to the Hierarchy, especially of the United States, that Our Lady is making her plea. They are her favorite sons, placed in high offices in order that they might do the most good. She herself has spoken thus to me.”

“Our Lady has made know to me how pleasing to her has been the devoted service with which the hierarchy has so ardently loved and honored Her, especially in this country. So she is making Her fond appearance to them for the carrying out of of this need of spiritual reform. God, dwelling in the soul through grace will sanctify, if if the individual makes the right use of His presence. This is Our Lady’s concern, souls redeemed by the Precious Blood of Her Son, must become holy through living with Him who dwells within them. In order for this to grow and become more and more fruitful of course there is the necessity of frequent and devout attendance at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the reception of the Sacraments….Peace will not be given until we have purified ourselves enough to receive it. If we fail to do this, God Himself will be obliged to do so in His justice and mercy, but the purifying punishment that He will send will be most terrible. It is from this Our Lady wishes to save us.”

She continues:
“Our Lady has asked that a statue be made as she appeared on Sept. 26th, 1956. After being solemnly carried in procession to the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC. She desires that there it be enshrined in a place of honor and venerated in a special way as ‘Our Lady of America’, the Immaculate Virgin. She desires also that a small statue or picture of the same likeness be honored in every home.”

The apparitions of Our Lady become more frequent. Our Lady was anxious to impress upon sister the importance of the message. Many times sister would tell Our Lady how unworthy she felt and that Our Lady could certainly find someone more fitted for so great a work. With deep compunction she tells Our Lady, “Oh Mother I am not worthy.”
To this Our Lady replied,
“I do not come to the worthy, my child, but to the lowly and humble of heart.”

An appearance of St Joseph
Shortly after Our Lady’s appearance to sister she began to have interior locutions of St. Joseph. He reveals to her that immediately after his conception, through the merits of Jesus and because of his exceptional role of Virgin-Father, he was cleansed from the stain of original sin:

“My pure heart was from the first moment of existence was inflamed with the love for God. Immediately at the moment my soul was cleansed from original sin, grace was infused into it in such abundance that excluding my holy spouse I surpassed the holiness of the highest angel in the angelic choir.”

St. Joseph revealed to Sister Mary Ephrem that his heart suffered with the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, for he knew beforehand of their passion yet would not be there to console them. He became in union with his holy spouse co-redemptor of the human race.

Sister writes that on October 13, 1956 the Holy Virgin appeared to her as she was working in her room. Our Lady was very beautiful and was smiling at her in her heavenly way. She held with both hands a small replica of a finished Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.

“This is my shrine, my daughter, and I am very pleased with it. Tell my children that I thank them. Let them finish it quickly, and make it a place of pilgrimage. It will be a place of wonders. I promise this. I will bless all those who, either by prayers, labor or material aid, help to erect this shrine.”

From January 1957 on Our Lady’s warnings come to sister more often, stating that the hour grows late, and that Her Son’s patience will not last forever:
“It is now the darkest hour…but if men will come to Me, my Immaculate Heart will make it bright again with the mercy with which my Son will rain down through My hands. Tell the Bishops of the United States, My loyal sons, of My desires, and how I wish them to be carried out. Through him who is head over you, make known the longings of my Immaculate Heart to establish the reign of my Divine Son in the hearts of men, and thus save them from the scourge of heaven, both now and in the future.”

Our Lady asks Sr. Mary Ephrem for prayer and penance, to love and trust Her, and not to forget our poor Mother who weeps over the loss of so many of Her children.

“Sweet child, spouse of my Son, console my Immaculate Heart by many acts of self-denial. Tell my faithful sons that I ask this of them also. Let these acts, furthermore be presented to me with many acts of love,because it is these (acts of love) that make them most acceptable to me and my Son… Tell my dear and favored sons that I rely upon them to help me hasten the day when I shall be able freely and without reserve to work my miracles of grace in souls”,

And She requests an ever greater and consuming love for her Son, Jesus. A love which, unable to contain itself, will inflame those around us:
“It is love that counts, for without love there is no fire, and without fire there are only dying embers.”

On the feast of the Immaculate Heart, August 22, 1957, Our Lady reveals more parts of Her plan on how this great renewal will be accomplished:

“I wish to gather about Me, my tender child, soldiers and valiant bearers of the torch, an army of brave lovers who, as My torch-bearers, will rekindle the fire of Divine Love in the souls of men. Only those who are strong in love can become my soldiers to bear aloft, not the sword of destruction, but the sword of fire–the flaming torch of Divine Charity.”

Sr. Mary Ephrem longs to be hidden from the world and suffers for the Divine Mandate given to our country.

It was the will of God that Sister Mary Ephrem suffer for the loss of purity in the souls of men.

For Her part, Our Lady comforts sister and asks her to be patient, that the will of the Father must be dearer to her than all else, and that soon a haven of rest would be given to her–not a refuge from suffering and pain, but a nest of solitude for the little white dove. Most of all, the will of God must be paramount: “This is the lesson that every soul desiring intimate union with my Son must strive to learn.”

On many occasions the evil one is permitted to attack sister. He tempts her into thinking that she is being deceived. This fear causes her much suffering. For this reason St. Michael will be near her in a special way. He speaks to her often, encouraging her to spread the messages from heaven. St. Michael tells her that He has come to announce the coming of the kingdom , the kingdom of peace, exclaiming:
“Repent and rouse yourselves, O’ sons of men! Repent and make ready your hearts, that the King may establish His kingdom within you.”

And on February 3, 1957, Our Lady speaks on true peace and love:
Our Lady declares that peace must come from within, that to make our hearts more pleasing to her Son we must go to Her, His Mother. She asks for a reform of life as proof of our love for Her. She says: “The Holy Trinity looks down with infinite delight upon such souls [who seek to reform themselves] and makes them Their heaven upon earth.”

March, 1957: Our Lady pleads:
“O’ my sweet child, when will My desires be realized?…O’ my little one, daughter of my Pure Heart, you must pray with greater fervor, and offer yourself with greater love to the Heart of my Son.”

April, 1957: Our Lady continues Her warnings:
“My sweet child, unless my children reform their lives, they will suffer great persecution. If man himself will not take upon himself the penance necessary to atone for his sins and those of others, God in his justice will have to send upon him punishment necessary to atone for his transgressions.”

May 8, 1957: Archangel Michael appears again:
“Do not delay or the time of grace will pass and with it the peace you seek. … My little sister, the message is a dear one, there is no doubt. Make it known; do not hesitate. I, Michael, have made this request.”

July 1, 1957: Our Lady of the Nativity Cloister is established:
At the urging of Archbishop Karl J. Alter, the Precious Blood Sisters’ Chapter of 1954 voted to establish a cloister within its active community, an effort Sister Mary Florecita Bidart had worked toward for 20 years. In December of 1954, Bishop George J. Rehring gave permission for the cloister to be established in the Our Lady of Nativity Convent in New Riegel, Ohio, the Toledo diocese. The cloister gate was closed in the ceremony presided over by Bishop Rehring on July 1, 1957, the feast of the Most Precious Blood, establishing it as a truly Benedictine papal enclosure. At that time the cloister consisted of Sr. Mary Florecita Bidart, Foundress, and Sister Mary Leo (Louise) Voisard. The cloister was completely self supporting, mainly with its printing press. By April 1, 1965, the sisters had obtained canonical approval for their Constitution and by September of that year, the Holy See granted permission to erect a Novitiate within the Cloister, allowing women to enter from outside the active congregation in order to increase their membership.

August 5, 1957: Feast of Our Lady of Snows and the Divine Indwelling
Sr Mary writes: “Our Lady spoke on the great gift of the Divine Indwelling, sanctification from within. This is what she means by reformation and renewal. As Our Lady spoke this, she seemed at the time to be deeply occupied. Though the serenity of her countenance never left her, she spoke with a gravity that made her words all the more solemn. She seemed anxious to impress me with some idea of the greatness of this gift of God to us, namely, His Divine Presence within our souls through sanctifying grace.”

August 22, 1957: Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary:
Our Lady intensifies Her plea for a reform of life:
“What I have asked and continue to ask is a reformation of one’s life. There must be sanctification from within.”

She also tells Sister Mary to “…go to the Bishop. Tell him of the desires of my Heart. He will help you.”

Our Lady of America speaks to priests
September, 16-27, 1957: Our Lady’s admonition to priests to live lives of penance and self-denial, upholding the sanctity and dignity of their calling:
“My dear daughter and sweet child, write my words carefully, because they are of the utmost importance. I address them to my beloved sons, the priests, dedicated to the most intense and extraordinary imitation of my Son in the perfect carrying on of His Eternal Priesthood.

Beloved sons, so cherished and greatly blessed among the sons of men, be careful to uphold the sanctity and dignity of your calling. Let the faithful see in you the favored and especially loved imitators of the Son of God. Be modest in your dress and speech as becomes those of so exalted a vocation. The apparel and manners of a man of the world is not for you, who, though living in the world, must not take on its ways.

Dear sons, I ask you to practice self-denial and penance in a special manner, because it is you who must lead my children in the way of peace. Yet this peace will come only by way of the sword, the flaming sword of love. If, therefore, you love my Son and wish to honor Me, heed My admonition and be the first to give the example of a life of penance and self-denial.”

November 22-23, 1957: Mary appears as Our Lady, the Immaculate Tabernacle of the Indwelling God

“Our Lady appeared, standing on a globe, her right foot resting on a crescent moon, the left on the snout of a small fire breathing dragon. She was dressed all in white and her hair could be seen through her transparent veil which was long enough to half envelope the globe. The veil was held about her head by a wreath of white roses, and a white rose rested on each foot. On her breast, the Triangle and the Eye, the symbol of the Divine Indwelling, could be visibly seen. A strong beam of light shown from the Divine Presence within Our Lady onto the globe at her feet. Then halfway around the figure of Our Lady above her head appeared a scroll on which were written in letters of gold the words: “All the glory of the King’s daughter is within.” Though it did not appear that her lips moved, I heard these words quite plainly:
‘I am Our Lady of the Divine Indwelling, handmaid of Him Who dwells within.’

February 11, 1958: Our Lady renews the Fatima promise, saying:
“My Immaculate Heart will win in the end, and the Spirit of Christ will dwell in the hearts of men. Those in whom this Spirit is not found will be condemned to eternal hell-fire.”

Also on this occasion Our Lady tells Sister that nothing is accomplished without pain and bids her prepare to suffer much because suffering completes the work of divine grace in the soul. Then Our Lady also spoke of her particular interest in the youth of our nation and called on them to be leaders in this movement of renewal on the face of the earth, sharing with her army of chaste soldiers the title ‘Torchbearers of the Queen.’
“They must be prepared with the knowledge of the Divine Indwelling. It is to the youth of America that she is holding out this challenge.”

“America, with the United States in particular, is being given the tremendous, yet privileged, opportunity to lead all nations in a spiritual renewal never before so necessary, so important, so vital.”

More appearences of St Joseph
March 19, 1958: St. Joseph appears on his feast day and speaks on spiritual fatherhood
St. Joseph spoke of his spiritual fatherhood, of his great privilege in being chosen to be the Virgin-Father of Jesus, and of his perfect obedience to the Divine Will. He spoke of his special protection of the Holy Father and of the Church:
“Fathers must come to me to learn obedience to authority: to the Church always, as the mouthpiece of God, and to the laws of the country in which they live, insofar as these do not go against God and their neighbors.

Mine was perfect obedience to the Divine Will, as it was shown and made known to me by the Jewish law and religion. To be careless in this is most displeasing to God and will be severely punished in the next world.

Fatherhood is from God, and it must take once again its rightful place among men.

My special protection of the Holy Father and the Church should be made known to him. God wishes to make this known to him that he may receive thereby renewed consolation and encouragement. During the war, little daughter, it was I who saved him [Pope Pius XII] from death at the hands of his enemies.”

(Editor’s Note: Late in World War II, Hitler issued a direct order to the chief of the German SS in Rome to assassinate Pope Pius XII. The SS officer chose not to carry it out.)

March 30, 1958: St. Joseph asks to be honored on the First Wednesday of each month
St Joseph:
“Jesus and Mary desire that my pure heart, so long hidden and unknown, be now honored in a special way. Let my children honor my most pure heart in a special manner on the First Wednesday of the month by reciting the Joyful Mysteries of the rosary in memory of my life with Jesus and Mary and the love I bore them, the sorrow I suffered with them. Let them receive Holy Communion in union with the love with which I received the Savior for the first time, and each time I held Him in my arms. Those who honor me in this way will be consoled by my presence at their death, and I myself will conduct them safely into the presence of Jesus and Mary.”

May 1958: Sister Mary Ephrem enters Our Lady of Nativity Cloister to live a hidden life.
She writes:

“Several weeks after I had entered the Cloister in New Riegel, OH. and was overwhelmed with a sense of frustration and heaviness of heart, Our Lady suddenly appeared to me and said:
‘Do not be afraid! I will keep my promise and everything will be all right. Do not fear.’

These words consoled me very much, and I went to prayer with a peaceful heart.”

February 23, 1959: Sr. Mary places the message in the hands of the bishops:
Nine months before the National Shrine was finished, Our Lady admonished Sister “…to work on writing the message as soon as possible, so that it might be placed in the hands of the Bishops who will be responsible for its fulfillment.”

In a very serious manner, Our Lady warned sister that she must not delay any longer to do this [prepare the message] as the time is now. (Editor’s Note: Sister worked closely with Bishop Leibold and the bishops of the Toledo and Cincinnati dioceses.)

July 18, 1959: Jesus laments over His priests and religious:
Jesus: “Oh, the pride of souls! How they resist My grace! O My priests, My religious, what would I not do for you if you would only let me! I come daily laden with graces which you daily refuse. What am I to say to you, my best beloved? How long will you resist My love? It is from you I expect everything, and you give Me but the husks of your affections. How long will I bear with you, O My chosen ones? How long will you spurn My approaches?”

“My little white dove, it was this ingratitude on the part of My priests and My religious that caused Me so much sorrow in My passion. Oh, how they resist My grace! How they fight against My love! So fearful are they that I will deprive them of their tawdry trinkets that they turn their backs lest they see the reproach in My eyes.”

September, 1959: Pope John XXIII’s letter, given from Rome to the American Faithful on the dedication of the National Shrine: “It was an extremely gratifying and enduring joy that filled our hearts on receipt of news…that a shrine is to be dedicated to the Immaculate Virgin Mother of God. There now rises up to heaven a shrine, high and massive, wondrously bright within…The Virgin Mother of God is our Mother, our Queen, the sure way by which we approach most speedily to Jesus Christ, Who was given to us by her. But a temple built of stones is of little significance unless there arises a temple mystically erected within our minds. Therefore…let an altar of the Most Blessed Virgin be set up in the heart of each one of the faithful; let families, held together by the sanctity of marriage, by mutual love, by moral integrity and a common spiritual life, reproduce her virtues and be fortified by her protection.”

November 20, 1959 was the day of dedication of the completed Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. Exactly one month later, on December 20, 1959, Our Lady lamented the sin overwhelming the world:
“O my child, tell your spiritual father [Bishop Leibold] that I come again to warn and to plead. See, I weep, but My children show Me little compassion. They behold the sword in My heart, but they make little effort to withdraw it. I give them love; they give me only ingratitude. Weep, then, dear child, weep with your Mother over the sins of men. Intercede with Me before the throne of mercy, for sin is overwhelming the world and punishment is not far away.

(Editors Note: Except on a few occasions, as when She showed herself as Our Lady of the Divine Indwelling, Our Lady always came to Sr. Mary Ephrem in the manner in which She appeared on September 26, 1956, namely, as Our Lady of America.)

The Diary of Sr. Mary Ephrem
February 2, 1960: Bishop Leibold compiles the messages (handwritten/then later typed)
Bishop Paul Francis Leibold, V.G. of the Cincinnati Archdiocese where the Sisters of the Precious Blood’s Motherhouse is located, personally compiled the Diary “without direct references” to specific places in which apparitions or spiritual messages had occurred. He wrote the foreword and had Sister type the messages as a “private diary,” with the author remaining anonymous. To protect Sister Mary Ephrem’s identity and hidden life, she remained unnamed. In the Diary Sister Mary Ephrem is referred to as “a religious Sister,” the “Little White Dove,” or “this Sister.” This Diary existed in handwritten and/or typewritten form only at this time and was given only to some of the sisters internally and the necessary religious superiors and Church officials, not to the public

The Virgin Mary’s message to the Archbishop requesting to have a medal struck

Medal of Our Lady of America

Our Lady of America, April 4, 1960:
“Tell His Grace, my beloved son, that it is through the medal that he will receive the sign for which he asks. I ask him to have the medal struck and distributed everywhere and he will receive not only the one sign for which he has asked but so many, so many that he will have cause to be greatly astonished. My child, God works often through little and humble things and such instruments should never be despised but accepted and used with love and gratitude. It will be through the medal that God’s Will will be manifested and glorified and my desires carried out to the very end. I place my confidence in my faithful sons, the Bishops, who will not fail to take up my cause and make it bear much fruit for sanctification among so many and countless souls. Send this word then to my beloved son, the Archbishop, and have no fear sweet child for I will keep my promise for I am the ever faithful Virgin.

Archbishop Paul Francis Leibold

As Sister Mary Ephrem hesitated because of certain doubts and fears concerning the reception of this message, Our Lady appeared in the early morning hours of April 6, 1960 to gently reproach her for her lack of confidence. Our Lady told her not to delay in sending the bishop the words she had written. Our Lady encouraged her saying:
“My children must know my desires. If my desires are not fulfilled much suffering will come to this Land.”

May 1, 1961: Bishop Leibold puts his imprimatur on Sister Mary Ephrem’s sketch of the medal. Bishop Leibold then had the medal struck and personally paid for all medals until his death in 1972. (Note: Bishop Liebold became the Archbishop of Cincinnati in 1969). He designed the prayer pamphlet to go with the medal. It contained the Prayer to the Immaculate Conception and the Prayer to the Indwelling Most Holy Trinity, as well as the magnificent explanation of the medal itself. (See Pgs. 47-48 of the Diary for this pamphlet information.)

May 22, 1962: Bishop George Rehring of the Toledo diocese favors distribution of the medal by Bishop Leibold.

Sister Mary Florecita Bidart, foundress of the Our Lady of Nativity Cloister, wrote to Mother Aquinas of the Sisters of the Precious Blood informing her that Bishop Rehring was in favor of distributing the medal that symbolized so well the doctrine of the Divine Indwelling of the Most Holy Trinity, lived out so perfectly in the Holy Family, model for every family on earth and source of all true holiness. He gave suggestions for the promotion of the devotion. Mother Mary Aquinas wrote Sister Florecita on August 31, 1961:
“I was very happy to hear that Bishop Leibold will go ahead with the medal himself. It is a great relief to me to know that it is being made, and we hope it eventually will be circulated. I have great confidence in the message of our Blessed Lady.”

January 25, 1963: Imprimatur on the Prayer to the Indwelling Trinity Paul F. Leibold, V.G. of Cincinnati, OH gave his Imprimatur and Daniel Palarczyk, S.T.D., his Nihil Obstat to the Prayer to the Indwelling Most Holy Trinity.

July 1, 1963: Archbishop Leibold writes regarding the devotion:
“First I received the leaflets on our Lady of America. I will gradually drop them around places as the opportunity presents itself. I still think of it as a private devotion and await our Lady’s action to make the seeds you are planting grow and, as it were, cause a spontaneous demand for the object of devotion, rather than engaging in any high pressure pushing of it.”

September 3, 1971: Archbishop Leibold makes wooden plaques Archbishop Leibold made a series of wooden plaques of Our Lady of America. One hung in the Our Lady of the Nativity Convent in New Riegel and was used in processions at the convent. Another hung in his Chancery office in the Cincinnati, OH diocese. Later one was presented to the National Shrine by pilgrims from New Riegel, OH. In a letter to William Weberding of Weberding Woodworking Shop, the Archbishop made a proposal for the construction of a wooden or marble statue for an outdoor Shrine to Our Lady of America at the New Riegel Convent. He had a patron’s offer of $2000 for the statue which

would aid in serving public devotions to Our Lady of America at the Convent where they were regularly celebrated. He also had 3 petite ivory statues made in India.

Just before his death, Archbishop Leibold arranged a meeting with Luigi Riamondi, the Apostolic Delegate from Washington, DC, Msgr. Boffa, and his personal secretary, Fr. Francis Lammeier, to present a small ivory statuette to the Holy See and the Catholic Church. Posthumously, this statuette was presented to the Apostolic Delegate in August 1972 and is presumed to be in the Vatican Museum.

February 22, 1972: Our Lady’s image in the home:
“When a picture or statue of myself as Our Lady of America is placed in the home and honored there, then will my Son bless His people with peace. Believe in Me, dear child, believe in Me, for My love will never fail you.”

On June 1, 1972, Archbishop Paul F. Leibold died suddenly. Before his death, Archbishop Leibold had decided to build a large outdoor Shrine to Our Lady of America at the New Riegel, OH. cloister property. His letters indicate he would have officially approved this message had he lived long enough to do so. Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk succeeded Archbishop Leibold in the Cincinnati archdiocese. Paul F. Leibold was born on December 22, 1914 in Dayton, OH. He was educated at the Marianists’ Chaminade High School and the University of Dayton. On May 18, 1940 he was ordained at St. Peter’s in Chains Cathedral in Cincinnati, OH. He was made Auxiliary Bishop in Cincinnati on April 10, 1958, Titular Bishop of Trebenna on June 17, 1958, Bishop of Evansville, IN on April 4, 1966 and Archbishop of Cincinnati on July 23, 1969 where he served his people well until his sudden, untimely death on June 1, 1972. The Archbishop was greatly loved and revered by his flock as evidenced by the overflowing crowd that attended his funeral. He is buried in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Cincinnati.

Thousands attend Archbishop Leibold’s funeral Mass. The Archbishop’s personal secretary, Father Francis G. Lammeier, wrote Sister Mary Ephrem on August 13, 1972:
“With things as busy as they are, I still do not have time to think. I still am not fully aware that the Archbishop died. I am no dreamer; I know he is dead and is enjoying his reward, but I just can not realize it or be aware of it. I still think often, he will come in the office or I will see him and he will give me that quiet and peaceful smile. I think of him so often. I said many times, I was privileged to be associated with him. He kept a tremendous schedule. If I had been Secretary and Master of Ceremonies with any other Bishop with this schedule, I would have been out of my tree. But with him, it was indeed a pleasure. Often I got tired and certainly he did, but there was no pressure of any kind. He was the kindly, understanding and humble priest. He did not stand on dignity or position but was just himself. He was the Archbishop and I most assuredly respected him for his position, but he was also a dear friend.” In August, Father Lammeier sent the plaque of Our Lady of America that hung in the Cincinnati Chancery and a large collection of letters/ personal spiritual writings of the Archbishop’s to Sister Mary Ephrem for safe keeping and to be organized for future investigation and publication. He confirmed how deeply the Archbishop believed in this message. During these times Our Lady continued to appear to Sister Mary and continued to make known the longings of Her Immaculate Heart.

November 22, 1980: Message to the leadership of the United States:
Our Lady of America: “It is the United States that is to lead the world to peace. If the United States is faithful to this mandate from heaven, and yet fails in the pursuit of peace because the rest of the world will not accept Its leadership or cooperate, then the United States will not be burdened with the punishment that will come.”

February 11, 1981: The shortness of time and a terrible purification that is to fall upon all nations:
Sister Mary Ephrem is told of the shortness of time allotted to us to pray and make the necessary sacrifices to bring about world peace. There is an urgency about Our Lady’s warnings of a terrible purification that is to fall upon all nations. She advises us to pray the family rosary with as many family members present as possible, and to pray the prayer to the Immaculate Conception, Patroness of the United States, because the Forces of Evil are enveloping the world. Our Lady warns their hatred is now particularly focused on the United States because of the Divine Mandate given it to lead the world to peace.

April and July, 1981: Special warnings from Our Lady and Our Lord on the insidiousness of evil
Our Lady of America:
“Dear child, evil is so insidious that it often passes for good. The simple and pure of heart alone can detect the difference. Also, many good works are thwarted and destroyed by well intentioned people who are manipulated by the powers of evil because they do not possess that finer sense of being able to detect a false spirit from a true one.”

Our Lady of America’s final message to Sr. Mary
In the winter of 1984 Our Lady came to Sr.Mary Ephrem with this final message:
“What happens to the world depends upon those who are living in it. There must be much more good than evil prevailing in order to prevent the holocaust that is so near approaching. Yet I tell you, My daughter, that even should such a destruction happen because there were not enough souls who took My warnings seriously, there will remain a remnant untouched by the chaos who, having been faithful in following Me and spreading My warnings, will gradually inhabit the earth again with their dedicated and holy lives. These souls will renew the earth in the power and light of the Holy Spirit, and these faithful children of Mine will be under My protection, and that of the Holy Angels, and they will partake of the life of the Divine Trinity in a most remarkable way. Let my dear children know this, precious daughter, so that the will have no excuse if they fail to heed my warnings.”

Sister Mary Neuzil’s final years
Sister Mildred Mary Ephrem led a life of hidden sufferings which she accepted with love and great patience. Given a haven of rest, but not from suffering as Our Lady said, she endured a broken hip in January 1994 which compounded her physical adversities. With crippling arthritis, a ruptured appendix and especially severe asthma, Sister’s distresses were, at times, life threatening. . Despite adversity Sister worked tirelessly for Our Lady of America and her cloistered family. With each step closer, and usually on the eve of each victory reported for Our Lady of America, Sister Mildred would suffer intense physical pains and many times battled spiritual attacks designed to discourage her from praying.

Attacks from the Devil
For example, just before World Youth Day 1993, one night she suffered from terrible abdominal pain and the “old Boy” (her name for Satan) suddenly appeared as his horrible real self, trying to entice her to “Just say that you made it all up and I promise you will not suffer anymore pain.”She stated, “If God required her life or suffering, so be it.” She reported on the “old Boy’s” physical assaults and hateful glares. After World Youth Day her physical pain intensified with each victory; she was especially inflicted with the terrible crippling pain of osteoarthritis complicated by rheumatoid arthritis. Medical treatments to alleviate pain were negligible or made her suffering worse with the complications of side effects. She would hide her moans when people were near her. Certain points on her body radiated such excruciating pain that it was sometimes quietly wondered if she had the hidden stigmata.

Her deteriorating condition pained all who saw her gnarled hands and body contorted into a near 45-degree angle before she died. Especially tortured by the sight of Sister Mary Ephrem’s enduring pain was Sr. Joseph Therese, CIT, her long time companion, caregiver and cherished Sister, who broke down in tears several times, crying, “I can’t watch you suffer like this anymore.”
They were bonded by love and endured all for love of Jesus. They even shared August 2nd birthdays – the feast of Our Lady, Queen of the Angels! Sister Mary Ephrem was often seen surrounded by angels and loved to send people from her presence with “May the angels go with you!”January 10, 2000: The death of Sr. Mary Ephrem Neuzil, the “little secretary of Jesus’ Heart” and the “little white dove”Her Holy Death
On January 10, 2000, the first year of the New Millennium, this humble, holy soul, Sister Mary Ephrem (Mildred Marie) Neuzil, at age 83, was set free from the cross she had so willingly embraced for the cause of Our Lady of America. She was set free to receive her full communion with the Most Holy and Triune God that had dwelt so intimately within her while on earth. Her funeral Mass was celebrated at the Basilica of Our Lady of Consolation in Carey, OH by nephew Fr. Gregory Neuzil from Tennessee. Friends from around the country, including niece Elaine Bratrovsky of Colorado, traveled to Carey that snowy winter day to bid her farewell, knowing they, too, had lived with and known another saint. Fifty white roses were brought for Sister Mary Ephrem by Ellis Maria Taylor of the Reparation Society in Baltimore, MD. Eulogies were delivered by Theresa Wukusick from Ohio, Anita Marovich from New Jersey, and Audrey Frank from California. The song to Our Lady of America, written by Sister Mary Ephrem and put to music by Richard Paul Rencher, was sung by Marty Rotella of the Divine Mercy and Life Foundation in New Jersey. Sister’s body, laid to rest in a handmade wood casket with Our Lady of America’s picture encased in the lid, is temporarily laid to rest in a vault at St. Wendolyn’s Cemetery, Fostoria, Ohio.

Sister Mary Ephrem Neuzil committed the completion of her work and the protection of the purity of the message of Our Lady of America to her only remaining companion in the Lord, Sister Joseph Therese (Patricia Ann) Fuller and trusted her to guard it against all contamination with her very life.

Overall, thus far the devotion and messages of Our Lady of America have been favorably received by the Church

Burke, then Archbishop of St. Louis, wrote a Letter to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops outlining the results of his review of the history and canonical status of devotion to Our Lady of America. Those interested can read the original document here.Our Lady of America told Sr. Mary Neuzil that greater miracles than those granted at Lourdes and Fatima will be granted here in America if Our Lady’s request are carried out by Her Bishops. Let us pray and make sacrifices that this may soon come to be.

Feast of St. Aloysius Gonzaga

(Luisa Piccarreta’s namesake)

St. Aloysius was born in Castiglione, Italy. The first words St. Aloysius spoke were the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. He was destined for the military by his father (who was in service to Philip II), but by the age of 9 Aloysius had decided on a religious life, and made a vow of perpetual virginity. To safeguard himself from possible temptation, he would keep his eyes persistently downcast in the presence of women. St. Charles Borromeo gave him his first Holy Communion. A kidney disease prevented St. Aloysius from a full social life for a while, so he spent his time in prayer and reading the lives of the saints. Although he was appointed a page in Spain, St. Aloysius kept up his many devotions and austerities, and was quite resolved to become a Jesuit. His family eventually moved back to Italy, where he taught catechism to the poor. When he was 18, he joined the Jesuits, after finally breaking down his father, who had refused his entrance into the order. He served in a hospital during the plague of 1587 in Milan, and died from it at the age of 23, after receiving the last rites from St. Robert Bellarmine. The last word he spoke was the Holy Name of Jesus. St. Robert wrote the Life of St. Aloysius.

The love with which Saint Aloysius operated.

It continues always in the same way. This morning, it seems that Jesus wanted to cheer me a little bit, after I had gone in search for Him for some time. I saw a child from afar, like lightning that falls down from heaven; I ran up to him, and as I arrived, I took him in my arms. A doubt came to me that it might not be Jesus, so I said to him: ‘My dear little treasure, tell me, who are you?’ And He: “I am your dear and beloved Jesus.” And I to Him: ‘My beautiful little baby, I pray You to take my heart and bring it with You to Paradise, for after the heart, the soul too will come.’ Jesus seemed to take my heart, and He united it so much with His own that they became one.

Afterwards, Heaven opened; it seemed that a very great feast was being prepared. At that very moment a young man of lovely appearance came down from Heaven, all dazzling with fire and flames. Jesus told me: “Tomorrow is the feast of my dear Aloysius – I must go attend.” And I: ‘And so You leave Me alone – what shall I do?’ And He: “You too will come. Look at how beautiful Aloysius is; but the greatest thing in him, which distinguished him on earth, was the love with which he operated. Everything was love in him – love occupied him interiorly, love surrounded him externally; so, one can say that even his breath was love. This is why it is said of him that he never suffered distraction – because love inundated him everywhere, and with this love he will be inundated eternally, as you see.”

And in fact it seemed that the love of Saint Aloysius was so very great, as to be able to burn the whole world to ashes. Then, Jesus added: “I stroll over the highest mountains, and there I form my delight.” Since I did not understand the meaning of it, He continued: “The highest mountains are the Saints who have loved Me the most, and in them I form my delight, both when they are on earth, and when they pass into Heaven. So, everything is in love.”

After this, I prayed Jesus to bless me and those whom I was seeing at that moment; and He, giving His blessing, disappeared.

Volume 26 – June 27, 1929

Having received Holy Communion, I was offering my Holy Communion for the glory of

Saint Aloysius (__________), and I offered It, as a present for him/her,
everything that Our Lord had done in His Divine Will with His mind,

with His words, His works and His steps, for the accidental glory of

Saint Aloysius (___________) on this his/her feast day.

Now, while I was doing this, my sweet Jesus, moving in my interior,

told me:

“My daughter, a more beautiful present you could not give

to dear Saint Aloysius (_____________) on the day of his feast.

As you were offering your Holy Communion and all My Acts done in My Divine Will,

so many suns were formed for as many Acts as I (Jesus) did in the Divine Will while being on earth;

and these suns invested Saint Aloysius (______________),

in such a way that he/she received so much accidental glory from the earth,

that he/she could not receive more.

Only the offerings of Acts done in My Most Holy Divine Will have the virtue

of forming their suns, because, containing the Fullness of Light,

it is no wonder that the Divine Will converts into suns the human acts done in the Divine Will.”

“Eucharist as Blending One’s Existence.”

The most profound content of Christian Eucharistic Piety is formulated as a standard of conduct.

According to 1 Corinthians 6:12-19, receiving the Eucharist means: blending one’s existence closely, analogical, spiritually, to what happens when man and wife become one on the physical, mental, spiritual plane. The dream of blending Divinity with humanity, a breaking out of the limitations of a creature is here fulfilled.

Man’s promethean attempts to break out of his limitations himself, to build with his own capacities the tower by which he may mount up to Divinity, always necessarily end in collapse and disappointment, indeed in despair. This blending, this union has become possible because God came down in Christ, took upon Himself the limitations of human existence, suffering them to the end and in the Infinite Love of the Crucified One opened up the door to Infinity. The real end of Creation, its underlying purpose, and conversely that of human existence as Willed by the Creator is this very Union that ‘God may be All in all.’

Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary In the Kingdom of the Divine Will

“Blessed daughter of my Volition, you have reason, the waves of my Volition inundate you, drown you and your little capacity remains lost and needs your Jesus in order to better explain that which you see, but don’t know how to say. Now know my daughter, our love is such and so much for one who wants to live and lives in our Divine Volition that we want to make them participant with all our works, for as much as (a) creature it is possible, also giving her the merit of our divine works. As the creature enters in our Will, He calls in act his Divine work as if in that instant the same (was) operating, and uniting her in his act, he makes her see the prodigies of his work, and receives and confirms her in the good, making her feel the new life of his act; you have seen the conception of the Sovereign Queen, and how you being in my Will, you have found yourself conceived in Her Maternal Heart, you see the great difference for who lives in my Volition, the prodigies of the Immaculate Conception were unheard of. My Will that animated this conception, which no one can escape from, called present all creatures, so that they might remain conceived in her virgin Heart, and might receive her maternity, her help, her defense, they might find the refuge, the support in this Celestial Mother.

Since it was the Feast of Corpus Domini, I (Luisa) was thinking to myself that that day was The Feast of the Marriage that Blessed Jesus did with souls in the Most Holy Sacrament of Love.

Volume One

“. . . In this state of sufferings I (Jesus) will purify your soul thoroughly, in such a way as to dispose you to form a Mystical Marriage with Me; and after this, I (Jesus) will make the Last Transformation, in such a way that both of us will become like two candles placed on the Fire – one is Transformed into the other and they form a Single One.”

Then He added with more Loving Tenderness:

“My good daughter (Luisa), My Love wants to be tied more and more to (you) the creature, and the more Truths It (My Divine Love) Manifests regarding My Most Holy Divine Will, the more bonds I (Jesus) put between God and herself.

In Manifesting the Truth, My Divine Love is preparing the Marriage between God and the soul.

The more It Manifests the more Pomp and Magnificence this Marriage will have.

Would you like to know what happens then?

My Truths will be like the dowry needed in order to marry God; to get to know the One (God) who lowers Himself and even ties Himself—only for Love—in the bond of Marriage.

My Truths touch the creature over and over; They mold her to a New Life;

They (My Truths) return her to the Beauty of Our Image and Resemblance from the time she was Created, and Impress on her Their kiss of inseparable Union.

Just one of Our Truths can make a Sea of Prodigies and Divine Creations in the soul who has the goodness to listen to It.

One Truth can turn a perverted world into a Good and Holy one, because It is one of Our Lives, exposed for the Good of all.

It is a New Sun that We raise in created intellects; a Sun that will let Itself be known through Its Light and Heat, turning into Light and Heat whoever wants to listen.

Therefore, hiding a Truth that We give from Our Paternal Womb, with so much Love, is the greatest crime. It deprives human generations of the Greatest Good.

Further, one (Luisa and those linked to Luisa) who Lives in Our Most Holy Divine Will, by Marrying Us (Triune God), makes a Feast for all Saints.

All of them participate in this Divine Wedding and, because of It, they have their own party in Heaven and another one on earth.

Each act the creature does in Our Most Holy Divine Will is a Feast; a table sumptuously decked for the Heavenly Regions.

In return, the Saints give New Gifts.

They beseech the Lord to Manifest more Truths to the soul (Luisa), to broaden more and more the boundaries of the dowry that God gave to her (and to those linked to her.”)

“When one is linked to Luisa, one will also possess the Mystical Marriage because of her”

O Most Holy Virgin, You have kept in Your Immaculate Heart the Divine Command of Jesus:
“Pray therefore to the Master of the Harvest to send laborers to His Harvest”
and You have raised all priestly and apostolic vocations,
which have bloomed in the Church at all times
We ask of You this Spirit of prayer and that You may present the supplications which we raise to the Lord of the Harvest so that He send to the world an abundance of holy laborers
for His greater Glory and for the Salvation of Souls. Amen.

Thursday May 26 – DAY FOUR:
St. Annibale Maria Di Francia, in your love for children and the poor you discovered another and greater poverty, which was the lack of good workers. You spent your whole life countering this poverty. Today we suffer more than ever the poverty of good workers in the vineyard. Therefore we pray with you, through Luisa Piccarreta, your own prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mary begging the Master of the Harvest to send laborers to His Harvest.

St. Annibale Maria Di Francia, in diving into the richness of the Gospel you found the Rogate pearl of great price, which means “…pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest to send workers into His harvest.” (Mt 9:37-38; Lk 10:2). These words were engraved into your heart. To you we come to enflame the hearts of men to the Holy Priesthood and send workers into His Harvest. Jesus, Good Shepherd, you said:
“The harvest indeed is great but the laborers are few.”
We lovingly embrace Your invitation:
“Pray the Heavenly Father to send forth laborers into His harvest.”
Inspire in us a holy crusade for vocations
under the loving care of St. Annibale Maria Di Francia
whom Blessed Pope John Paul II described as
“an anticipator and precursor of the modern pastoral care of vocations.”
Grant us abundant holy priests!
May these holy priests be the salt of the earth, the light of the world,
the city placed on the mountaintop for the salvation of mankind redeemed by Your Precious Blood.
Look on us Lord Jesus and our need for holy priests.
Help those young men you are calling to hear clearly Your Solemn and Authoritative Voice
and to generously respond with their “Fiat!” to Your loving call.

Prayer of Consecration to Saint Annibale Maria di Francia
Saint Annibale Maria di Francia, Our Lord and Savior gave you the mission of making the Divine Will known to the world. Jesus said to Luisa, “One who has completed his mission on earth can say,
‘My mission is finished,’ but one who has not completed it
must complete it from Heaven.”
I ask for all that is needed to help you fulfill your mission,
and I Consecrate myself to you, Saint Annibale Maria di Francia,
this day and always.
Lord Jesus grant all that is needed to make the Divine Will known, for You said,
“How I love and yearn that the Divine Will be known.
And so much is My interest that I will be disposed to give whatever graces to who wants
to occupy himself with making It known.”
Let me be one with Saint Annibale Maria di Francia, and use me as you wish
to fulfill his mission of making the Divine Will known to the world.
Mother Mary, because of my nothingness I am incapable of making the Holy Divine Will known.
Therefore, help me and guide me in everything.
Let me be one with Saint Annibale Maria di Francia, and use me as you wish
to fulfill his mission of making the Divine Will known to the world.
Little Luisa, I ask that I may always take to heart your words:
“It is the absolute Will of God that we interest ourselves in making the Divine Will known,
even at the cost of our own lives.”
Let this be our most sacrosanct duty to Jesus and Mary,
that the Kingdom of God be established on earth as It is in Heaven.
Let me be one with Saint Annibale Maria di Francia, and use me as you wish
to fulfill his mission of making the Divine Will known to the world.
